Dr. Gronski, the founder of Orchard Valley ENT, an Otolaryngology Practice in Lower Valley Tri Cities area. Having received his MD Degree form the University of Washington in 1967 and his Otolaryngology Board Certification in 1976, he completed his internship and residency
in the US Army. Serving his country in the Army & Air Force for over 20 years as an Otolaryngolist & flight surgeon, he attained the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. After completing a year fellowship with Dr. Reuben Setliff, "The Father of Modern Day Endoscopic Sinus Surgery",
he opened his practice in Eastern Washington State, where Dr. Gronski introduced the LATEST technology of minimally invasive sinus surgery with State of the Art Real Time Image Guided Techniques.
Dr. Gronski, doing business as Orchard Valley ENT, has been the leading proponent of powered endoscopic sinus surgery. This technique entails minimally invasive and conservation technology by removing the infected tissue only, the process leaves the normal sinus lining and function intact.
Since only the slightest amount of tissue and bone has been removed, pain is minimized and recovery time shortened substantially from the usual 2+ weeks. Historically packing of the nasal passages and sinuses has been the accepted post operative procedure.
Using this minimally invasive surgical innovation, Dr. Gronski's procedure requires NO such post surgical packing!
Dr. Gronski has been married for 15 years and has four daughters and one son. Dr. Gronski is a member of the Yakima and Benton County Medical Society and a Charter Member of the Christian Society of Otolaryngology |
